Another North Luzon Travelogue

While searching for more photos of Ilocos Norte, I stumbled upon another travelogue, complete with beautiful photos of the area, from the perspective of an escort/driver of sorts. The trip covered more than just the Ilocos region, and the essay is remarkably detailed, I’m sure it will be useful for some of you who may be planning a similar trip in North Luzon.
