Child harness for Air Travel
A perpetual concern among parents traveling with kids by air is safety on the plane. It used to be that, during take-off and landing, toddlers are given a shorter belt which are then linked to your own (child sits on your lap), but this has since been debunked as it was considered to be less safe than simply holding the child.
But many parent are not convinced. Of course, the safest option would be for the child to sit on his own seat, and secured using a harness that fits. One harness that’s FAA-approved is the the AmSafe Aviation CARES.
