Worst Airline Service
When it comes to technology, efficiency and promptness, Lufthansa is undeniably a German brand — very reliable. But when it comes to service… what service?!? This word seems to be a foreign word to their cabin staff.
Being Asian and having flown several Asian airlines, I can’t help feel the stark difference.
