AirAsia has launched flights between Kuching and Macau, becoming the first airline to serve this stretch.
AirAsia is the only airline to serve the international route to Macau from the Kuching hub with three flights weekly on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It will be the leading and largest low-cost carrier fifth hub flying directly to Macau. Currently the Kuching hub serves seven routes to Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kota Kinabalu, Miri, Bintulu and Sibu. 1. Say ‘YES’ to Xpress Boarding when you purchase your flights online at airasia.com, all AirAsia sales offices, call centres and airport sales counters.
2. Pay a special introductory fee.

While budget airlines can save you a lot of $$$, not everyone seems to be happy with the service. That there are no meals served and that there limited (or virtually no) services for the disabled and those needing extra attention, is acceptable. But overly delayed flights?
