Air Asia X: New Long-Haul Budget Airline
Soon Oasis Hong Kong Airlines will no longer have the monopoly of offering budget fares for the Europe-Asia route. Last week, a new long-haul budget airline has been unveiled: Air Asia X, a joint venture between Air Asia and Fly Asian Express (FAX) - will launch in July and fly from Kuala Lumpur to destinations in India, China and Europe.
Estimate fare prices on Air Asia X flights to London would be priced from $80 to $450 (£41 to £231) return. Definitely competitive to Oasis’ fares. I wonder how the service will be like.
