New Zealand – New Thinking Festival 2006 in Singapore
From April 22 until May 14, 2006, the second annual New Zealand – New Thinking Festival 2006 will be held in Singapore. If you want to have a sampling of the best of New Zealand’s innovation, culture and creativity without going all the way down under, don’t miss this one! The event was organized by the New Zealand High Commision Singapore and will be attended by the country’s researchers, scientists and industry leaders.

It’s intersting that they should run this in New Singapore and not beautiful New Zealand. Is this one of those tax dodging overseas conventions!!!
i believe this is NZ’s campaign to attract immigrants and tourists from/in asia, and singapore is a busy hub for travellers so the choice of venue does make sense…
