4 Nights For The Price of Two at the Sarojin in Khao Lak

by Ruth on February 4th, 2006

At $388 a night, I probably wouldn’t even consider staying at the Sarojin Resort. It’s not that it’s outrageously expensive, but in Khao Lak (yes, one of those areas most damaged during the Tsunami 2004), and Asia in general, it’s no mean feat to find a great hotel or resort for a fraction of that price. But with the Sarojin’s “Stay 2 Nights and Enjoy 2 Additional Nights Free“, that just makes it less than a hundred bucks a night! And we’re not talking of a simple hotel room here. Check out the photos of the Sarojin Suites and the Pool Residence. Man, these suites are bigger than my flat! Talk about luxury on a bargain!

Check it out here (click “special offers” on the lower left side)! The promo is valid from until 30 Apr, 2006.

Yeap…K. Lak was hit really bad. The place I work at is putting now money together in rebuilding 4 schools in the area..When we got the report we read it in silence. At one school, half of the kids were swallowed by waves.

yes, it’s devastating even for us from afar. i can only imagine how it is for you who are near the scene.

it’s encouraging, though, to see that tourism is picking up again at khao lak. for a region that largely depend on tourism, as soon as hotels and resorts are back in operation, so much the better for the locals, too.
