Christmas Shopping Online
It’s just 40 days to go til Christmas; you’ve got to move! How many things have you crossed out that shopping list? Have you got a shopping list, at all?
Technically, I’ve started my Christmas shopping a few weeks back, even before the start of November. Well, technically. I went on a book shopping spree for my 3-yr old, but as I got home, I decided to keep a couple to be wrapped and put under the Christmas tree later. At least, that’s one down, a few more to go. Well, actually, there’s a lot more to go, if I count those I’d like to send cards and trinkets to by mail. And for those, time is running out. Considering the traffic of Christmas items in the post office, you and I are better off sending them as soon as possible to make sure the cards and presents reach their recepients right on time.
But I’ve got a strategy up my sleeve. For a few years in a row now, we’ve done a lot of our Christmas shopping on the web, specifically at Amazon. Click, click, click, and I’ve crossed out items on my list faster than it takes me to get ready to go to the mall. No traffic, no hassles, no long queues at the till.
Best thing with Amazon? They can even wrap your gift for you, and send it wherever in the world you want, or almost. It’s the most convenient way to send presents to those lovely people you met the last time you were in Asia, or to send presents while you yourself are travelling during the holiday season. Go and travel, get a break and forget about the drudgery at home, but let the people you left know that you didn’t forget about them!
Find the Perfect Holiday Gift at Amazon.com Gift Central: books, electronic gadgets, CD’s and more! Surely you’ll find something that fits each one!

didn’t get farther than "window shopping" over there. question though: when people send you gifts via amazon, does the phil post require you to pay fees/taxes, etc?
