Le Meridien in Khao Lak Re-opens

by Ruth on September 22nd, 2005

Khao Lak is one of the most hard-hit regions during the Asian Tsunami in December 2004. But slowly, things are indeed getting back into place. Another hotel gets ready to welcome tourists: Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort in Thailand will re-open on October 15, and to celebrate, the resort is offering a special opening rate from USD $75 per room per night including breakfast and excluding tax. For more info on Le Meridien’s offers, click here.

Incidentally, I have added the Tsunami Blog to my blogroll. Should you be interested in keeping up to date with the aftermath of the disaster, or would like to extend help, it’s a good starting point for gathering information.
